I decided that I needed somewhere to position my sew samples. So I made a cloth mass amongst cloth pages. I used a slice of white cotton fiber as well as a slice of white marriage tulle. In betwixt I placed threads as well as bits of ribbon from my ORTS jar.

To sandwich the layers together I used a running sew on the diagonal.

The remainder of the encompass is to a greater extent than or less lovely regal batik. To reinforce the encompass I used cardboard front end as well as dorsum as well as a split slice downwards the spine. The cloth pages were glued together as well as and therefore glued to the spine of the book.  So messy as well as gluey...eeek!  Ah well:)

Not my best effort. There are much amend ways of making a cloth book. Next fourth dimension I volition practise it real differently.....less glue.....LOL  But, I must tell it's quite tactile as well as it does invite ane to plow the pages. I bring lots of pages.
